DecisionBrain participated as a Partner Company at ROADEF 2020 in Montpellier. ROADEF (Société Française de Recherche Opérationnelle et d’Aide à la Décision) is an association created in 1901 with the purpose of promoting the development of Operational Research and Decision Aid (RO / AD) in France, disseminating knowledge and fostering its teaching through continuing training.

DecisionBrain is Working on an IBM led Research Project on Artificial Intelligence for Digital Automation

DecisionBrain to Develop a Workforce Tactical and Operational Planning Solution for a Call Center Provider

DecisionBrain is glad to announce that it has been selected by a call center provider to develop a workforce tactical and operational planning solution.

In order to maximize productivity and minimize unmet demand, the solution will optimally plan daily activities and will look at the workload for the upcoming weeks to propose optimal hiring, absences as well as ideal employees skills profile.

Following an exciting conclusion to 2019 with the announcement of a strategic partnership with IBM DOC 4.0, DecisionBrain continues its expansion in 2020 by announcing the opening of a new US subsidiary. This marks the fourth international location for DecisionBrain with offices in Paris, Montpellier and Hong Kong.
